The frequency measurement accuracy of Sound Analyzer Basic is notably high, with a measurement error typically remaining within 0.1 Hz under relatively low-noise conditions (when employing default settings).

About High Frequency Range Spectrum:

The application permits the upper frequency setting to be increased up to 96 kHz. Nonetheless, frequencies beyond 22.05 kHz are tailored for devices featuring high-quality audio inputs, not for general-purpose devices.

Commonly in modern devices, data above around 22 kHz is filtered out, resulting in the high frequency range containing only faint noise levels below -60 dB. While data acquisition in the removed range isn't feasible even with heightened settings, certain models may exhibit increased noise at specific frequencies such as 48 kHz and 96 kHz due to filter processing.
